Isolation
Isolation is the main tool to limit the spread of the virus. It is the most effective way to keep case numbers low. Everyone who tests positive for the virus must isolate for 7 days
Please do a rapid antigen (RAT) Test if you have COVID -19 symptoms and remember to report your results whether they are positive or negative.

Wearing a Mask
You are only required to wear a mask in certain healthcare facilities, such as hospitals. Some places may continue to ask people to wear a face mask.
In looking after our whānau particularly our kaumatua, and those who are sick we should be careful and keep them safe by wearing a mask.
